- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards specific to nonwoven or plastic film production.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Analyze quality control test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
- Train production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in quality control within the nonwoven or plastic film industry.Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).Proficiency in quality control software and tools (e.g., SPC, Minitab).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Certification in quality control (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
