- Assist the Director of the Department in developing the annual appointments plan in accordance with the needs of the work

- Prepare a report explaining the reasons for any deviations in the rate of consumption of materials used in the cleaning process from the allowed rate in order to take appropriate corrective measures.
- Follow-up on the completion of the evaluation courses and the setting of objectives in the specified dates
- Develop the performance of employees on an ongoing basis to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures and hands-on basic tasks Evaluating the level of performance of workers and hygiene supervisors
