- Implement the set marketing plans ensuring ongoing communication with living communities post-delivery.
- Handle ongoing communication with agencies/ suppliers in implementing asset campaigns.
- Involve in all on-ground assets events execution including asset launches, community events and activations.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and other departments to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
- Responsible of contacting sponsors for events on an asset level when needed.
- Implement the set asset marketing collateral including all membership and lease material, brochures, CGI, walkthroughs, Maquettes
- Responsible for developing marketing material for all asset clients including community updates as input to community app, corporate newsletter, and corporate website.
- Implement the marketing strategy, commercial projects and living communities’ events within the set budget in line with company objectives.
- Create presentations on marketing plan, actions
- Monitor the achieved number of posts on social media accounts daily/weekly/monthly.
- Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or any related field.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Experience with content creation and digital marketing is favourable.
- Graphic design Animation, Copywriting or any other skills is a plus.
