  • Understanding of general human recourses policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus

  • Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards• Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (eg, interview documents, I-9s)
  • Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys
  • Answer phone calls and record messages
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri.com/ Linkedin)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant fieldAdditional HR training will be a plusExperience in human resources or related fields. at least 5 yearsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.Experience in educating and coaching staff.Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.Ability to give presentations.Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
