Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Improvement Initiatives:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality performance.
- Collaborate with lab technicians and management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect data from various processes to monitor quality metrics.
- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in quality performance.
- Process Documentation:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and quality control documentation.
- Ensure that all documentation is up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean methodologies.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support the professional development of lab staff.
Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of experience in quality management or a related role.Familiarity with TQM concepts and methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, FDA and ISO standards.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments. A diplomatic approach and the ability to build strong business relationships are essential.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
