* Manage and configure firewall devices
and policies to protect against
unauthorized access and threats.
* Implement and maintain Web Application
Firewalls (WAF) to safeguard web
applications from attacks.
* Administer SD-WAN technology to
optimize network performance and
security across multiple locations.
* Oversee antivirus solutions to ensure
comprehensive protection against
malware and other threats.
* Configure and manage Network
Detection and Response (NDR) systems
to monitor and respond to network
anomalies.
* Design and implement network
architecture and infrastructure to support
hospital operations.
* Monitor network performance and
troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable
connectivity and uptime.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards related to
network security.
* Respond to security incidents and
breaches, conducting investigations and
implementing remediation measures.
* Develop and maintain incident response
plans and procedures.
* Work closely with SOC team to
understand requirements and provide
technical support.
* Prepare and present reports on network
and security performance, incidents, and
compliance.
* Stay updated on the latest security
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology or a related field (orequivalent work experience).* Proven experience in network and securityengineering, with hands-on experience inmanaging firewalls, WAF, SD-WAN, antivirussolutions, and NDR systems.Strong understanding of network protocols,security best practices, and regulatoryrequirements (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare).* Proficiency with network security tools andtechnologies, including but not limited to [PaloAlto, Fortinet, Cisco, Kasper,NDR,F5,... etc.].* Experience with network and securitytroubleshooting, including the ability toanalyze logs and identify potential threats.* Relevant certifications such as CCNPSecurity, CEH,CISSP or equivalent are highlydesirable.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability towork under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience working in a healthcareenvironment is a plus.* Knowledge of cloud security, HCI andvirtualization technologies.
