Cultiv is seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer with 2-5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with expertise in Egyptian regulations and business practices. This role will involve providing legal support to various departments, ensuring compliance with local laws, and handling a range of corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the companys interests are protected.Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant Egyptian laws and regulations, including corporate governance and labor laws.Corporate Governance: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other governance documents.Litigation Support: Provide support in managing litigation and disputes, including liaising with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings.Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, identifying potential risks and liabilities.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the companys business operations.Regulatory Filings: Prepare and file necessary regulatory documents and reports with relevant government authorities.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to resolve legal issues and ensure smooth operations.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in Law from an accredited university; a Masters degree or higher is a plus.Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment in Egypt.Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory requirements.Skills:Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Apply Now
