Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs, providing a high level of customer service.
• Explain the features and benefits of our eyewear products, including the history designer international brands, to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their personal needs and style preferences.
• Manage and process transactions at the point of sale efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product inventory, including specifications, price, and availability.
• Help maintain the store’s visual appearance in high standards and ensure that display frames are clean and organized.
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
