- Develop and recommend export marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Create individual strategies for each product and review them quarterly.
- Contact, provide Identify current and potential customers, quotes for, and meet customers to understand their needs and interests.
- Coordinate shipping documents as requested by the Logistics Department.
- Follow up with customers for re-orders and shipping.
- Use account history to monitor monthly activity by product and overall sales.
- Monitor competition and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain supplier databases for local and foreign suppliers.
- Address inquiries about products, costs, stock, and payment options.
- Provide price estimates, contract conditions, and information about guarantees, warranties, and
discounts. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions. - Engage with client’s post-sale to offer follow-up support and address any concerns.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the export industry, preferably in food sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
