- Manage and Supervise team of technicians
- Prepare and monitor work plan.
- Ensure that technicians carry out all requested jobs with the requested quality and within approved timeframe
- Supervise the initial and final inspection operations to ensure that work is completed as requested
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual maintenance program schedules for all work equipment and follow up on the implementation process and write maintenance reports
- Review reports before approving them for issuance of certificates
- Attending training courses at manufacturers according to the company’s plan inside and outside Egypt, providing clarification and translation to the accompanying technicians.
- Conduct on the job training, demonstration and instruction for new and/or existing Technicians in order to support their professional development and ensure the highest standards of performance are achieved across the team
