  • Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business goals.

  • Create and manage a performance appraisal system that drives effective development.
  • Serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees, resolve conflict in the workplace, and provide benefits for employees.
  • Manage employee-related affairs (complaints, leaves, …… , etc.) 

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience1 to 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR practices.Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesStrong communications skillsEnglish is a mustProficiency in MS Office
