A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or
brands.


Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and Manage Digital Campaigns:○ Design, implement, and monitor various digital marketingcampaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media,email marketing, and content marketing.○ Ensure campaigns align with company goals and KPIs, optimizingfor performance and efficiency.2. SEO and SEM:○ Perform keyword research and optimize website content fororganic search rankings (SEO).○ Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic andconversions.3. Social Media Management:○ Create, schedule, and manage content across social mediaplatforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).○ Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based onperformance.4. Content Creation:○ Collaborate with content creators to develop blogs, articles, videos,infographics, and other digital assets.○ Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for searchengines.5. Analytics and Reporting:○ Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to monitorcampaign performance.○ Provide regular reports on ROI, engagement, lead generation, andother key metrics to stakeholders.6. Email Marketing:○ Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including listsegmentation, A/B testing, and tracking engagement rates.○ Analyze performance to improve open rates, click-through rates,and conversion rates.7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):○ Analyze user behavior on websites and landing pages.○ Implement A/B tests and make adjustments to improve conversionrates.8. Stay Up-to-Date with Digital Trends:○ Keep up with the latest developments in digital marketing tools,platforms, and trends.○ Experiment with new digital channels or strategies to staycompetitive in the market.Skills Required:● Strong analytical and data-driven thinking: Ability to interpret data toimprove campaign performance.● Creativity: In developing content and strategies that engage targetaudiences.● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics,Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.● Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for creating andpromoting digital content.● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meetdeadlines.Preferred Qualifications:● Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.● Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, includingSEO/SEM, social media, and content creation.
