Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

 

Project Management:

- Manage a portfolio of projects.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

· Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle of the project.

- Creating risk register sheet for every project.

· Stakeholder Management:

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.

· Resource Allocation:

- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.

· Performance Monitoring:

- Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective action as needed.

· Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

· Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

 


 


 · Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.· 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in FMCG industry.· Strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).· Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
