Job Description:
As an Architect Site Engineer specialized in the finishing process, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the final stages of our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works are executed to the highest standards, meeting both design specifications and client expectations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with architects, contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the finishing process of interior construction projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent to develop accurate finishing schedules.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the installation of finishes, including electrecity, plumbing, isolation, marble, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, fixtures, cladding and fittings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure the highest level of workmanship and finish quality are achieved.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3 years minimum experience
• Proven experience as an Architect Site Engineer, with a specialization in the finishing process, preferably within the interior and contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and construction processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality finishes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Professional certifications or affiliations related to architecture and construction are desirable.
