Loulia Construction is going to hire “Mechanical Engineering” with the following criteria:

experience from 3 years to 7 years

Job Description

• Design review and validation for all Mechanical sub-disciplines

• Reviewing project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications….)

• Building 3D REVIT models with different LOD Standards

• Preparing RFI (Request for information), regarding any issue in the design, BOQ and Project specs

• Prepare, submit, and follow up the shop drawings, QS, and as built drawings

• Compile Mechanical calculations related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing

• Prepare progress reports

• Ensure the implementation of the scope of work of different projects or different teams

• Ensure that technical engineers follow right strategy to achieve the scope of work

• Coordinate with projects’ teams to exchange data and information

• Cooperate with the managers to develop the internal system and upgrade the team knowledge

• Lead and setup methodology which achieve the satisfied quality on right time

• Ensure that each project technical data delivered as required on time

• Support the development of new features and system requirements

• Coordinate & follow-up with the technical office of each project

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Mechanical Contracting field and shop drawings Preparation.

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.

• Proven experience in team leading.

• Follow up, Coordinate & discuss with consultant all technical issues till getting approval.

• Excellent Auto CAD 2D knowledge.

• Excellent Autodesk Revit & Navisworks knowledge.

• Mechanical Revit family creation is a must.

• Good knowledge of HAP & Elite Fire & HVAC .

• Dynamo Knowledge is a plus.

• Good Microsoft Office Knowledge.

• Excellent communication & leadership skills.

• Ability to work in teams and coordinate projects.

• Time management skills and great ability to meet deadlines.

• Energetic & very organized.
