  • Make The administrative position of the company's employees
  • Preparing Production incentive statements
  • Collecting effects on Microsoft Excel and recording them on the company's payroll program
  • Pay slip processing and distribution to departments
  • Participating in preparing accounts for employee transfer and car wages that transport workers
  • Monthly dues (Mubarak Cole - monthly transfers - the doctor, the gynecologist, the hygiene supervisor, etc.)
  • Accounts of employment offices
  • Reviewing the immediate disbursement statements for the night and Friday allowances
  • Participation in the committee for reviewing the supplies of workers' safety dues (salaries and adjustments that were not paid to their employers)
  • Recording job adjustments as well as salaries or transfers from departments of the company on the wages program
  • Participate in preparing Monthly Meeting by supplying data related to wages, costs, salaries and others within the scope of my job duties
  • Participating in the annual inventory of the company's treasury at the end of each year
