- A single point of interface between IT and the business per business domain.
- Business background related to services banking areas (Finance –bank’s operation – compliance – risk- HR –Capital Market)
- Technical Back ground, and have a good experience about bank’s systems/applications like Core banking system “Flexcube”, CRM, Card management system, SharePoint, Oracle “HR”,” Procurement to pay “
- Ensure that all stakeholders sign-up to the project pipelines and deliver to the agreed plan, adhering to standard processes for order book management, project recording, tracking and reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to Head of IT Business Development in coordination with Others IT / Business stakeholders.
- Participate in building business case and RPF (Request for Proposal Process) cycle.
- Convert the URD (users’ requirement document) into FSD (functional specs document)
- Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line.
- The job holder will be expected to exercise initiative in overcoming obstacles to success.
- They will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours.
- The job holder will be expected to adhere to bank policies and general guidance and will be also be expected to “think outside the box” and respond flexibly, taking decisions in the interest of customer/business needs without jeopardizing service stability and supportability.
