TikTok Relations Manager

MyJam is on the lookout for an innovative and charismatic TikTok Relations Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with TikTok creators, influencers, and the community to amplify our brand presence. You will play a pivotal role in crafting tailored strategies that engage content creators, drive brand loyalty, and foster a vibrant online community around our cultural food offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for engaging with TikTok influencers and creators that aligns with MyJam's brand values
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential TikTok partners to co-create campaigns and promote our products effectively
  • Manage outreach efforts to engage relevant TikTok influencers, coordinating collaboration opportunities and content creation
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to refine engagement strategies for future collaborations
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform changes, and emerging influencers in the culinary and food space
  • Coordinate with marketing to align influencer campaigns with broader brand initiatives and product launches
  • Facilitate communication between MyJam and TikTok creators to ensure smooth collaboration and content sharing
  • Prepare and present regular reports on influencer partnerships and their impact on brand growth and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably within the food or culinary sector
  • Proven experience building relationships with TikTok creators and managing successful influencer campaigns
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's culture, trends, and best practices for engaging content
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for creating meaningful connections
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for cultural foods and a deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions
  • Excellent English communication skills
