Job requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and hiring trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• A collaborative, consultative approach to working with stakeholders
