- Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement).
- Apply reverse engineering for new projects.
- Issue 2D technical drawings for molds and products.
- Design molds and components that meet the requirements.
- Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data, and interpret results via documents and reports.
- Test and evaluate theoretical designs. optimize designs through simulation.
- Evaluate the final product’s overall performance and reliability and optimize current designs.
- Alter and modify designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions.
- Prepare product and mold reports and documentation in the case of failure or maintenance.
BSc. degree in Mechanical EngineeringVery good English language (written and spoken).Previous working experience in Mechanical product design.Solidworks for mold design.Experience in mold design for Diecast, Sheet metal, etc.Able to simulate motion and identify weak points in molds.Excellent computing skills (Word, Excel, etc).Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.Creativity and analytical skills.Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and understandably.Technical writing skills.preferred: Solidworks certification in Mold design.Knowledge in mathematical computing (Matlab, Python, etc).Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).Working experience with analysis tools and finite element analysis (FEA) on ANSYS.
