- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process with the factory
- Audit and manage government papers for all employees within the factory.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Follow all instructions within the factory constitution within the employees.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program
- Managing the preparation of salaries, wages, employee entitlements and leave.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutiveWork experience in similar field is a must. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field
