- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.SHRM certification is a plus.
