· Assist the City Hall Director in managing and coordinating Facility Management operations in the city, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
· Monitor building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and manage routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
· Address and resolve tenant issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety codes and building regulations.
· Manage and review budgets related to building operations and maintenance.
· Act as the primary point of contact for residents and tenants regarding facility-related concerns.
· Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and safety.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, tenant requests, and building inspections.
· Participate in emergency response planning and handle emergency situations as they arise.
· Foster positive relationships with tenants and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in Facility management, preferably in a large organization or commercial properties.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role, preferably in large residential or commercial properties.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
