- Handle the day-to-day field operations assigned tasks to ensure touchpoints upkeep and ensure continuity of work with compliance to the established standards and procedures.
- Handling, accelerating, and escalating the opened tickets with different stakeholders and responsible teams internally and externally according to the agreed escalation matrix and processes.
- Proper reporting of each incident – outage ticket close reason with accurate data.
- Cooperate, support, establish, and maintain relationships internally within the department and externally with different stakeholders to ensure smooth access to network maintenance activities.
- Engage with different teams, understand the nature of each team's needs to Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- Gather and evaluate possible risks, set multiple solutions and ideas with an action plan, and take management approval /alignment for execution if needed.
- Support middle management by preparing detailed reports regarding touchpoints and network failures and recommended solutions to minimize if applicable.
- Managerial duties of leading, evaluating, developing, coaching, and setting action plans if needed for technicians.
- Maintain and report any custody tools or machinery malfunctioning that need repair or calibration.
- Supervising and following up with maintenance teams and maintenance contracting companies.
- Acceptance and management of the network from contractors.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering degree is a must.(+3 Years) experience in the field of infrastructure O&M.Very Good command of English.Preferred SkillsSolid knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure.Knowledge of Fiberoptics, Big Data, Data Analytics, and IoT.High Analytical Skills for identifying solutions to complex problems.Flexibility regarding new topics, and quick understanding of new market demands including technology and business topics.High motivation to take responsibility and provide insights for decision-makers.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, drive business, lead changes, and co-operation.Strong communication and presentational skills.
