For FMCG Turkish multinational Company for candy products, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cash Management and Oversight:
o Supervise and manage all cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
o Oversee cash register operations, including cash receipts, disbursements, and reconciliations.
o Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
o Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports, highlighting any variances or issues.
o Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
o Implement and enforce cash handling policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
•Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of cash handling activities with overall financial operations.
Qualifications:•Experience :7 Years experience & 4 years at least in the similar position,Significant experience in manufacturing environments, particularly within the food industry.• Preferred near 10th of Ramadan. •Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a team effectively.•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•SAP ERP user.
