  • Deep understanding of the market and competition and frequent analysis of IQVIA data.
  • Manage product launch and Create Marketing Requirements Document (MRD)
  • Coordinate sponsoring of relevant medical events (PR) and contribution in Scientific conference with all related Marketing tools.
  • Determines HCPs' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information and design and develop HCPs’ relationship programs.

  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Obtains product market share by working with line managers to develop product strategies.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
  • Support sales with product training, demos, customer presentations, data sheets, competitive positioning.
  • Develops initiatives to maximize field force efforts such as tools and sample strategy, marketing events and all sales force related marketing activities.
  • Coordinating with sales management to develop necessary tools and training for field force.
  • Conducts regular market Data analysis, develops deep understanding on business dynamics, tracks competitive environment, identifies growth opportunities
  • Communicates with vendors on a variety of issues such as follow up on accommodations, registrations, gifts & gimmicks within agreed plan/budget.
  • Creation of highly selective KOLs list to be managed and develop Health Care Professionals partnerships, and Medical marketing programs.
  • Develop and manage Health days in Nutrition and Derma centers with cooperation and coordination with field force.

     

Pharmaceutical, Science, or Vet Education Background 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical and /or VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements) products1+ years of experience as a Marketing professional, pharmaceutical and /or VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements)Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning, and Strategy.Very good knowledge of the English language (written & speaking) Self-motivated, and hard worker.Excellent knowledge of productivity software ( MS Office ..etc.)Experience working with designers, and marketing on consumer-focused products.Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and effectively multi-task across multiple initiatives/projects with rapid delivery of required materials and responses.Excellent Customer relationship management skills.Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Analytical and planning skills.
