Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Egypt, Middle east  and Africa.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic:
    • Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and penetrate new markets to expand market share in Egypt, Middle east and Africa.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Operational:
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
    • Establish and manage effective sales channels, including social media and e-commerce.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
    • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leadership:
    • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to develop sales talent.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

 

 


Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience:10-15 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in the nonwoven fabric industry or similar.Experience in technical sales, people management, and sales training.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Skills:Proficiency in CRM systems.Fluency in English.Understanding of the sales pipeline.Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptability and cultural intelligence.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAuthorities:Approving the hiring of sales staff.Evaluating and managing the sales team.Developing global sales strategies.Identifying and entering new markets.Developing pricing strategies.Managing key accounts. Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.Growth Opportunities:This role offers significant potential for career advancement within our growing organization.Company Culture:We value innovation, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
