Job Description
  • Team Leadership:


Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.

Set department targets, monitor performance, and guide professional development.

  • Outreach Sales Strategy:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion.

  • Customer and Partner Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners as well.

Address customer inquiries, qualify the needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Operations:


Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and report on sales performance.

  • Product Knowledge:


Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends.

  • Collaboration:


Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

  • Reporting and Analysis:


Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Job Requirements
  • (5) years of previous working experience in Inside Sales, being an Inside Sales Manager is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the inside sales process, preferably within the engineering or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent command of the English language: speaking, reading, and writing. 
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
