Talent Acquisition Specialist

  1. Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with FRONERI people strategy.
  2. Act as a Talent Advisor by using talent and competitive intelligence and funnel metrics to in discussions with the HRBPs, and HMs.
  3. Design and drive innovative programs to engage passive candidates: events, conferences, meet-ups, new sourcing tools, partnerships, brand and sourcing campaigns.
  4. Capture and maintain accurate market, and candidate information on our ATS
  5. Build our pipeline of Talents ready to hire "Proactive hiring"
  6. Source, engage, and screen passive (and active) talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs.
  7. Conduct interviews to assess hard and soft skills and suitability for various business units .
  8. Create recruitment reports and overview decks to provide regular updates.
  9. Responsible for the new hires onboarding and induction
  10. Responsible for students and fresh graduates programs (Internship programs, graduate development programs, Shadowing programs. Etc)
  11. Responsible for university and student organization relations
