Job Description
- Support brand growth through implementing brand tactics, both online & offline.
- Develop and execute full-year marketing plan to strengthen brand equity and drive profitable growth.
- Responsible for delivering value to the consumer at the right quality and cost through product management and brand building.
- Manage the New Product Development projects.
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
- Analyze and prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
- Manage creative agencies from opportunity to brief, campaign plan, execution, post-evaluation ensuring timely execution in all stages.
- Develop and deliver relevant, consumer-centric innovations & renovations with speed-to-market, to drive profitable growth.
- Develop and execute consumer promotions along with uplift pre/post-assessments in synergy with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree
Major: Marketing or Business Administration
Experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- High attention to details
- Good research Skills
- Retail audit experience is a must
- Quantative research experience
- Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas
- Good analytical skills
