Junior Brand Manager

Job Description


  • Support brand growth through implementing brand tactics, both online & offline.
  • Develop and execute full-year marketing plan to strengthen brand equity and drive profitable growth.
  • Responsible for delivering value to the consumer at the right quality and cost through product management and brand building.
  • Manage the New Product Development projects.
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
  • Analyze and prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
  • Manage creative agencies from opportunity to brief, campaign plan, execution, post-evaluation ensuring timely execution in all stages.
  • Develop and deliver relevant, consumer-centric innovations & renovations with speed-to-market, to drive profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute consumer promotions along with uplift pre/post-assessments in synergy with relevant stakeholders.


Requirements:


Education: Bachelor Degree

Major: Marketing or Business Administration

Experience: 3-5 years of experience

  • Good communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Good research Skills
  • Retail audit experience is a must
  • Quantative research experience
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas
  • Good analytical skills
