We are looking for a skilled and motivated Organizational Development Specialist to join Ur-Serv Business Development LLC on a contract basis for our clients in the steel manufacturing sector, located in Nubareya, Behera.

This position is essential for driving organizational effectiveness and enhancing employee performance.

- Performance Management:

Oversee and enhance the performance evaluation process, including routine assessments and performance improvement plans, ensuring employees meet and exceed business expectations.

- Organizational Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the company's structure, processes, and culture to identify areas for enhancement.

- Organizational Restructuring:

Design and implement restructuring plans that align with strategic goals.

- Training and Development:

Create and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and promote professional growth.

- Employee Engagement:

Develop strategies to boost employee engagement and retention, fostering a positive work environment.

- Continuous Monitoring:

Establish systems to monitor performance and review progress for ongoing organizational improvement.

- Policy Development:

Maintain and update a database of HR documents, company policies, and procedures.

- Onboarding:

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Advisory and Mediation:

Provide guidance on employee grievances, disputes, and terminations, supporting effective conflict resolution.

- Employee Satisfaction:

Analyze employee satisfaction metrics and implement recognition programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

- Change Management:

Facilitate change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the organization.

Skills

- Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master’s degree is preferred.

- Experience:

At least 2 years as a Human Resources Generalist and 3 years in organizational development, ideally within the manufacturing sector.


- Skills:

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Proven ability to manage and implement change effectively.

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
