- Attend handover meetings of all newly developed area to ensure compliance with designs and contract specifications.
- Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works and requisitions of materials are completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules.
- Supervise the maintenance scheduling of all different mechanical works.
- Supervise in coordination with the contractor staff training and orientation for the different systems.
- Develop minimum required inventory list (of all necessary spare parts) to ensure smooth operation.
- Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair works.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Responsible for the implementation of the various types of maintenance
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces Health & safety regulations.
- Develop plans and optimize resource allocation.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure and maintenance schedules and activities.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Analyze project costs and preparing budgets.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience in Facility management industry.
