- Preparing and maintaining a sustainable financial reporting process with an analysis of key financial information in order to support management in making well-informed decisions.
- Ensure completeness of all financial transactions provided by the team and communicate the needed adjustment.
- Support both external and internal audit on FA related requests
- Preparation of financial statements Budget / Forecast / Actuals / Variance analysis
- Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget, and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results.
- Apply financial analysis tools and work experiences to influence current and future profitability (e.g. financial models, business cases, run rate, advanced data analytics).
- Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), anticipating logical questions based on content
- Highlight areas for improvements, cost-saving opportunities & focus to eliminate non-value added
2-4 years’ experience as financial analyst (healthcare experience is a huge privilege). Capability in dealing with numerical data smartly and efficiency. High proficiency in MS office suit. Ability to relate to all levels throughout the corporation. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance major
