Event Coordinator

  • Follow up on travel agencies' contracts and validate payments.
  • Reserve tickets, generate visas, and hotel bookings.
  • Create an environment which encourages teamwork and collaboration
  • Provide information to our employees concerning local and International events, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, visas, and travel regulations.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with travel service providers and vendors.
  • Contact different suppliers (Hotels, airlines, event organizers …etc.) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.
  • Managing any event related issues pre, during and after the event
  • Ensure quality of delivered events and services
  • Ensure compliance process across all event process
  • Follow up the whole process of approvals and payment process
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure compliance with event budget
  • Ensure all documentation required is completed accurately and on time
  • Tracking and reconciling travel expenses
  • Updating and following up on our direct contract hotels and airlines.
  • Proficiency in financial management
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills & multitask capability.

Able to handle stress and remain calmExperience 4+
