IT Specialist is mainly responsible for reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems.
- Rolling out new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment.
- Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services
Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Resolve problems reported by end-users.
- Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications.
-From 2years Experience as an IT specialist.-Strong technical understanding of hardware and software.-Ability to improve processes and automate them.-Documentation and reporting skills.-Excellent IT, communication, and management skills.-Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles.Resident in 6th of October City and surrounding area is a mustWorking week (Monday to Friday).
