Role Purpose

•    Lead and co-ordinate with stackholders Cloud automation (e.g. Ansible Tower) is a plus
•    Strong Knowledge for IP-Planning for Cloud Infrastructure and VMware NSX-T
•    Strong Knowledge for VMware Cloud Suite.

Role Profile

Key Accountabilities and Decision ownership:

  • VWare ESXI environment design and implementation
  • HP/Dell H/W configuration
  • Manage Teclo vendors for the best and efficient Telco overl cloud applications design and implementation.

Key performance indicators:
•    Responsible for deployment of Telco over Cloud applications over VMware Cloud Infrastructure to meet Core network calendar.
•    Design and configuration of HPE and Dell Hardware Compute and Storage components.
•    Perform auditing and optimization for Cloud Resources. 
•    Responsible for Upgrade of Telco Cloud Infrastructure HW and SW Components.
•    End to end design for multi-vendor VNFs

Competencies and Qualifications

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in communication / electronics engineering.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in ToC 
  • Full awareness with NFV Stack and Orchestration Use Cases over VMware TCA.
  • Awareness of new Cloud Technologies and evolution for 5G introduction
  • Awareness of Cloud Edge computing 
  • Awareness of NFV KPIs on different layers
