Senior Property Consultant - O West

  1. Achieve monthly / quarterly / annually Real Estate sales target.
  2. Maintain a minimum accepted level of market competition awareness.
  3. Approach of new sales channels & self-generation of leads.
  4. Cooperate with existing and new brokers to open new channels.
  5. Generating new sales leads, creating a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
  6. Determine clients’ needs, preferences & financial abilities to propose suitable property.
  7. Conduct meetings or site visits with the potential clients for better Project orientation.
  8. Maintain up to date with O West new launches and phases.
  9. Support the potential clients till the contracting phase.
  10. Maintain needed skills for paperwork & work-related logistics.
  11. Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience, real estate.
  • Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
  • Excellent Selling and Negotiation skills.
