  • Oversee and Coordinate Distribution: Plan and manage the transportation and distribution of goods to various locations to meet customer requirements.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of goods, monitor their movement, and ensure inventory levels are optimal.
  • Utilize Logistics Systems: Use logistics IT systems to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to laws, standards, and regulations related to safety and quality.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding the distribution of goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor and Carrier Relationships: Maintain and manage relationships with key carriers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as a distribution specialist or in a similar logistics role.Skills: Excellent organizational and coordination skills, a sound understanding of logistics and inventory software systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
