Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with account managers to create and maintain your product backlog
- Own your product stream development lifecycle: from discovery to execution and monitoring in production
- Provide visibility of your backlog management ensuring transparency across the business
- Articulate features, detailed stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop digestible features and independent stories for efficient and value-driven delivery.
- Work closely with the Development Team to discover and define solutions, solve real customer and business problems, and assess the feasibility, usability, and value of products.
- Act as the internal customer representative and ensure the product is strongly aligned with customers and the market.
3+ years of experience working as an Agile Business AnalystExperience working within technology teamsPrevious experience with competitive analysis, user testing, delivery, and mock-up software like Balsamiq.Experience with writing features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaExcellent customer service skills and ability to understand the target marketStrong product and business analysis focus to support insights and judgmentStrong focus and business acumen and focus on the outcome instead of outputExcellent presentation and communication skills.
