Job Description:
Afla Estate, a prominent real estate company based in Loran, Alexandria, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Representative and Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of closing deals, managing client relationships, and leading sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets
- Identify, nurture, and close property sales opportunities for residential and commercial properties
- Provide mentorship and training to junior sales staff to enhance team performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue goals
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
