Role Summary:
As a Travel Consultant, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel journey. Your primary duties include assisting with flight bookings, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries and issues. You will promote airline services and special offers, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and coordinate with various departments to enhance the travel experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process flight reservations, issue tickets, and handle changes or cancellations according to company policies, resolving issues related to flight schedules and ticketing.
- Provide clients with detailed information about flight schedules, availability, and pricing.
- Provide information on check-in procedures, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
- Keep clients informed about new services, routes, and product offerings.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve services and address any recurring issues.
- Offer ongoing support before, during, and after the trip, addressing any issues or changes that arise.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry changes to offer the best advice.
- Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
Good Knowledge with GDS (Amadues) for flight tickets reservations at Sales ShopGood knowledge and previous Experience of Inbound Tourism OperationUnderstand customer needs and requirements of Inbound Tourism to EgyptPrevious experience for designing / quoting (Inbound) Tour Packages, dealing with hotels, suppliers, tour guides.... etc.Excellent English verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPerform effective online demos for prospects.
