Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and submit financial reports that will be required by the Finance Director related to the shareholders, boards and other related parties.
  • Coordinate and align between the departments in Finance to ensure their achievement of the company objectives and adherence to the set accounting and reporting standards.
  • Monitor and report to the Finance Director all cash in-flow and out-flow to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Manage, monitor and revise all activities within the Financial Reporting and Budgeting including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, GL maintenance, and cash management.
  • Supervise the implementation of any new financial systems or programs and ensure proper staff orientation and training on those systems.
  • Liaise with the external auditor while ensuring the implementation of their management observations in due time and with the level of efficiency required.
  • Support the issuance of external financial reports, including audited financial statements, for the parent and subsidiary companies
  • Work cross-functionally with other operating teams and embedded finance personnel to ensure forecasts are complete and accurate
  • Research and analyse changes in regulations that affect corporate financial filings and report to the Finance Director
  • Oversee daily and weekly cash management; and credit card maintenance; Ensure cash/treasury function is optimized by providing adequate liquidity for each business entity.
  • Develop and maintain internal financial controls to provide ongoing financial reporting integrity
  • Prepare and analyse cash flow projections to identify any surplus or deficit in cash position and notify management.
  • Control cash flow and manage treasury function according to corporate treasury guidelines

  • Must understand key agreements and the legal documentation process with JV partners and lenders.



Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant work experience, mainly in the manufacturing industry.
  • 5+ years of prior managerial experience required.
  • Experience within a large size company.
  • Experience in a financial management role, collaborating with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.
  • CPA is preferable.
