Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Control Specialist at Royal Developments. The Senior Project Control Specialist will be responsible for cost control, project control, cost management, budgeting, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure the successful completion and financial oversight of projects. They will collaborate with teams across departments to monitor project budgets, track costs, analyze project data, and provide insights and recommendations to ensure efficiency and adherence to financial goals.

Qualifications

• Planning , Cost Control, Project Control, and Cost Management skills
• Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification in Project Management, Planning, or Cost Control is a plus.
• Prior experience in construction or real estate industry is preferred
• Experience in residential projects is a MUST.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in project planning and cost control in construction and real estate development projects. (Preferable developer background)
