Labor Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Labor Relations Officer to join our manufacturing plant in 10th of Ramadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all labor-related matters, with a focus on blue-collar workers. This includes overseeing hiring, managing exits, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Experience in labor relations within a manufacturing industry for at least two years is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process for blue-collar workers, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee exits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all labor-related inquiries and issues within the plant.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, health, safety, and welfare standards.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce needs and address labor-related challenges.
• Monitor and improve labor relations policies and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information and labor relations activities.
• Foster strong relationships with employees to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in labor relations within a manufacturing industry is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with blue-collar workers and build trust.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or auto-feeding manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is desirable
