Human Resources Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Personnel ,Payroll, Handling , Recruitment and support in , new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.


JOB DESCRIBTION:


Personnel ,Payroll


  • Creates, maintains, and updates staff records on the HR database and issues regular reports as required.
  • Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
  • Coordinate all medical claims, approvals, and refund with the company’s medical provider.
  • Supports staff inquires and requests on all HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Guide and support employees in the interpretation of HR policies and labor law.
  • Supports in updating organizational charts and headcount reports.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates personnel files in compliance with Egyptian Labor.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2-4 Years of Experience as an HR mainly handling (Personnel ,Payroll ;)
  • Proven work experience in All HR Function is Plus
  • HR Certificate will be an Advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field
