Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain MEP systems to ensure the hospital facility operates efficiently.
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to implement MEP systems effectively.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports for MEP projects.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in MEP engineering.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Maintenance Engineer.Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
