As a GC&E Sales Manager
You will be reporting to the Assistant GC&E Director.
What matters most for this role?

What are we looking for?
- Your current position is Sales Manager / Senior Executive or similar level
- You have +2 years’ experience with events (preferred in a branded hotel environment)
- Evidence that you can convert business and achieve sales targets
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong commercial skills
- Delphi knowledge is recommended
The responsibilities we`ll trust with you as a GC&E Sales Manager:
- Build excellent relationship with our Clients
- Manage your own inquiries in a value of up to £1M
- Deliver exceptional site visits for our Clients
- Convert business as per your sales targets
- Manage contract terms & clauses
- Manage HWS/SSSO relationships
- Manage handover process of your events from sales to planning
- Update data in various platforms (Delphi, Cvent, etc)
- Attend the daily huddle and other weekly/Monthly meetings
- Contribute to the exceptional culture in the wider commercial team
