We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager to found our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various industrial sectors. Someone who will excel in coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, and delivering them on time and within budget. You will play a critical role in enhancing projects efficiency, optimizing processes, and achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the board of directors with process and procedures writing, strategic planning & KPIs tracking.
- Lead and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor projects performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within The PMO.
A bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in project management, particularly within a PMO environment.Previous experience in The industrial sector is a must.Proven ability in Processes & Procedures writing, and strategic planning.Proven practical experience in creating & managing Projects' KPIsProficiency in project management tools like: Microsoft Projects, Jira, Asana & others.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like: Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 & others.PMP is a must.PRINCE2, Six Sigma or any similar certifications are totally preferred.Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.Proven ability in leading teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to work under pressure.Experience in engaging with and managing stakeholders at all levels.Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
