Internal sales marketing and telephone sales
Promotes products within the branch to sell products and meet customer needs
Updates product prices and product specifications card to ensure knowledge
Responds to customer inquiries and follows up on solving customer problems in a way that contributes to achieving customer satisfaction
Follows up with the supervisor of the responsible person on product promotions and the latest price of products in a way that supports the sales process
Notifies the supervisor of the necessary orders to provide products to complete sales deals
Skills
Bachelor's degree
Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in electronics sales
Efficiency and the art of persuasion while talking to the customer
Excellent time management and organization skills
Excellent cooperation and communication skills
Training and/or certificates related to sales
Experience ranging from one to three years
