- Prepare Standalone Financial Statements and reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly performance presentations to the top management by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Analyze and interpret the financial performance of the plants by conducting specific financial modeling analysis (Profitability, Liquidity, solvency, performance ratios, and trend analysis)
- Prepare quarterly Variance Analysis and controlling reports by comparing actual vs. budget with full justification and recommendation for taking corrective actions.
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day financial operations, to ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions on a daily basis.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and max. Returns on cash balances.
- Analyze and monitor revenues and expenses according to company policies and regulations.
- Liaise with the internal and external auditors by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
- Cooperate with other departments of the organization to facilitate workflow.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure their continued professional development.
Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance ManagerProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsExcellent organizational and leadership skills.Strong decision-making abilities and strategic thinking.Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Certified CMA or CPABachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
